The top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT), exclusively tells Ask a Pol he’s not been a part of any talks about whether or not to grant members of the Congressional UAP Caucus access to a SCIF—or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility—so they can formally follow-up on this summer’s explosive testimony from UFO whistleblower David Grusch.
While it’s “possible” Intelligence Committee Chair Mike Turner granted them access to a SCIF without consulting him, Himes says that would be uncharacteristic for the bipartisan-to-nonpartisan committee.
“I'm not aware of that. It’s possible Turner didn’t mention it to me, so I'm not aware of any such follow-up,” Rep. Jim Himes exclusively tells Ask a Pol.
